1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to book our services.

3. Booking Process

• Pricing is discussed and confirmed during booking based on vehicle type, duration, and route.
• A deposit (if required) must be paid to secure reservations.

4. Payment Terms

• Prices vary per vehicle and time; final costs are agreed upon at booking.
• Payments can be made online or at pickup (cash, bank transfer, or POS).
• Late payments may result in service cancellation.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

• Free cancellations/amendments are allowed 24 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 25% fee.
• No-shows without notice forfeit the full booking cost.

6. Service Details

• Chauffeur-Driven Only: Drivers are employees bound by strict conduct and confidentiality policies.
• Add-Ons: Child seats, extra drivers, or fuel charges are billed separately.
• Vehicle Condition: Vehicles are inspected regularly for safety. Report damages immediately.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures.
• Personal belongings left in vehicles are your responsibility.
• Maximum liability is limited to the total booking cost.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Not use services for illegal activities.
• Respect drivers and vehicles.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (e.g., text, images, logos) is our property. Do not reproduce without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breaches of these terms or abusive behavior.
